1.  Planing for market penetration and sale increase
     Develop market penetration and sales growth strategy with     
     zonal head / director and sales executives
    Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the 
    annual sales objectives for the region.
     Plan and enable distribution network to ensure availability of   
    company's products and services across the region.
    Compile and analyse sales figures to take corrective actions.
2. Build impactful relations for the company
     Maintain key client relations
     Provide distributors and customers in the region with 
     information about changing market dynamics and brand  
     Varmora
     Collection customer feedback and competitor information in 
     the region.
     Plan and organize industry meets (dealer/architect/builder/
     mason meets) across the region
3.  Manage cost to sale ratio
     Forecast quarterly / annual sales budget for the region
     Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum 
     utilization of resources in the region
4.  Ensure effective team set up for sustainable growth.
     Company vision and objectives down the line
     Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach 
     targets
     Identify and close personnel gaps (recruitment) across 
     customer segments, geograhies and products
     Generate sales of company products in the region through a 
     team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed sales target.
     Identify competence gaps in the team and arrange for 
     appropriate training to team to meet all job requirements
5.  Payment Collection
     Ensure that payments are collected in time and total days 
     outstanding are within the company guidelines
6.  Succession Planning
     Identify key roles and create back up plan for each role.
7.  Escalations
     Ensure that customer complaints and escalations are 
     resolved within defined time frame.
